About the wine tasting holiday:
You will learn about the sensory characteristics of autochthonous red and white varieties, plant diversity, and origin which is mainly produced of the same name and visit different wine micro localities.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Day
Arrive safely in Podgorica the capital of Montenegro, you will be received with prompt and courteous service from your chauffeur on arrival at the airport and escorted to your hotel. Explore your hotel and the nearby attractions. -
Day 2
A tour of Plantaze 9AM-3PM After starting your day with a delicious Montenegran breakfast at your hotel, you will be driven to the main administration building at Plantaze where you will receive a warm welcome! -
Day 3
On-site demonstration in the vineyard 9 AM- 11AM Cellar “Ćemovsko polje” 11AM- 2.30PM -
Day 4
Viticulture and fruit production. - Matching wine with food and premium wines - Matching Wine and Food - Comparison between various tastes and textures of wine and food - Hands on experience with wine and food -
Day 5: The wine making process and wine tasting
Education of the different tiers of wine - Practical work and exercises - Wine tasting - Group discussions At 9 am after breakfast, we go to Plantaze where your education of the different tiers of wine begins with the vineyard’s Ultra-premium line of wines! -
Day 6: Departure Day
Departure day and time to say goodbye. Come back soon! There will be Airport Transfers from your Hotel.
