Njegushi steak with garnish and Vladika
Ingredients
- The upper part of the pork leg or pork fillet
- French fries
- Grilled vegetables
- Fruit of your choice
For the filling:
- Njegushi cheese
- Njegushi ham
Preparation:
Cut the meat into schnitzels and stuff them with the Njegushi cheese and ham.
Fold the schnitzel on one side in order to get the form of a rectangle. Ferment them and grill on both sides for about 10 minutes each side.
In the meantime, prepare the garnishes. Serve them on the plate and serve the prepared steak with the garnishes.
